Transformer core stacking table 

We supply 2 types of core stacking table (from 60tons to 300tons). Suitable for 3 limbs and 5 limbs transformer core.

Transformer core stacking table, Core building and tilting table for EHV power transformers

The Core Building/Stacking Table is designed for Stack Laminations, assemble the Core and to lift the Core vertically.

• The load capacity is up to 300 t, depending on costumers demands

• The stacking table is equipped with mechanized adjustments of the limbs to reduce setting time of adjusting limb center to center distance and window space of the Core.

• Manual jacks are provided on the limbs for adjusting the level of the core.

• The Core tilting from horizontal to vertical position is by Overhead Crane. It is on floor without foundation.
